"I was a  janitor at the Ocean Beach Elementary School and then a San Diego Fireman.  I was a grant writer in New Mexico and then the Mayor of Cloudcroft,  New Mexico.  I had  a store called the Sleepyeyed Trading Co. There's a Michael Nivison Public Library, Cloudcroft, New Mexico."

"I always treated people nice/trying to get people out of a pickle.  All somebody needs is a little encouragement.  I was given discipline and passed it on.  I mentored a kid.  I gave him time,  a  job, and a truck for Christmas.   He has a family of his own now.  He built his own log cabin.  I'm still mentoring him.  You're where your at.  Every time you open the door,  it's a different world.  You have an expectation of what and how you look at it.  You just believe it.  Nobody influenced me about anything.  What do you know?  You're given a life...my goodness, celebrate it."-Michael Nivison 12/22/23

Exhibited a pop up gallery of exercise related art for the Kids in the Park.

"All Sports" Interactive art exhibit for 4th and 5th grades.   The interactive art exhibit was used for expressive writing.  The students studied the art and expressed their view on it.
